Port City dwellers rejoice!

Outdoor Equipped and Wilmington Downtown Inc are once again sponsoring the wildly popular Friday night "Downtown Sundown" concert series.

The concerts are free to attend, with an optional $1 wristband for the purchase of alcohol. Proceeds of wristband sales go toward several charities including the Pretty In Pink Foundation, Interfaith Refugee Ministry, Alzheimer's Association of Eastern NC, The OOPS Foundation, and the Cape Fear River Watch.

This year's events will be held in the parking lot at Princess & Water St. while renovations to the waterfront park continue....

Team Gale sat down with Branson Pierce of HomeSpectors this weekend to discuss what buyers and sellers can expect from a home inspection, in terms of cost, time & procedure, and what that report means for the future of your property.

Team Gale recommends that sellers obtain a pre-inspection report prior to even listing their home. Pierce agrees, as the home inspector can uncover issues with the home that may consider changing or will need to fix before the property is able to be listed or shown.
