Tom Gale has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005 and at the helm of Team Gale since 2015. Tom is a GRI, or Graduate of the Realtor Institute, in addition to holding CLHMS, CSP, GREEN, and CIAS designations. Throughout his career Tom has immersed himself in real estate education and policy— participating in the state forms committee, championing affordable housing, and holding the office of President-elect with the Cape Fear Realtors association in 2021.

Tom serves the tri-county markets of New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick. He is a knowledgeable and seasoned resource for buyers or sellers, but considers land development, new construction homes, and relocation (backed by our company’s award-winning national network) his specialties.

Tom grew up in Greensboro before relocating to the coast for college. He holds a bachelor’s degree from UNC Wilmington. Tom lives with his wife and two children (plus two dogs and a cat – all local rescues!) in the Porters Neck area. They enjoy Seahawks basketball, afternoons on the water, and are all active in Scouts.
