Stephanie Williams’ fondness for coastal living comes from growing up on Maryland’s eastern shore. She has been an NC resident since attending and graduating from UNC Chapel Hill. Stephanie’s background in art history and architecture gives her a unique advantage as a REALTOR®. Stephanie worked for Shaw Design & Associates, one of the top architects for Chapel Hill’s award-winning, luxury Governor’s Club community.

Stephanie is married to a Leland native and very proud to support the community her family calls home. She is a member of Saint Andrews-Covenant Presbyterian Church; coaches YMCA youth soccer; and volunteers with the Town of Leland. She enjoys gardening, playing tennis, bike riding with her daughters, and exploring the natural beauty & history of our region!
