TidalWalk

Tidalwalk is a seaside community in Wilmington, seated on the edge of the Intracoastal Waterway. Tidalwalk presently consists of five neighborhoods, with plans for expansion. Top area builders like 70 West, D.R. Horton, Laurel Homes, and Plantation Building Corps comprise the development team. Tidalwalk contains nearly 200 designated home sites divided into The Cottages (40), The Hammocks (46), The Sands (52), The Marshes (26) and The Beaches (31). Prices range from the $300,000s up over $1 million. The community includes one- and two-story homes that are lassic, southern- and coastal-influenced architectural styles. Residents have access to a private dock and ten boat slips; gazebo and 150-ft fishing pier; a quarter-mile long stretch of beach and private island, "Green Turtle Hammock" expansive, luxury clubhouse with wrap-around porch, a full kitchen, pool, and fitness area.
