1. How long have you been in residential real estate in our area?

  • I (Jack Gale) have been in real estate since 2000 and joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty in 2002

2. What is your procedure for assisting a buyer from beginning to closing?

  • Get a buyer pre-qualified for a loan or receive a prequalification letter from their banker. This insures when we begin searching for property, we have appropriate financing established.
  • Develop buyer net sheet, to determine estimate of closing costs.
  • Develop estimate of monthly payments.
  • Establish price range for property search, based on buyers comfort level with monthly payment.
  • Develop a profile of the type of property they would like including lot size, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, amenities, location, etc.             

3. What is your experience with financing alternatives, and what might they be in my situation?

  • Having sold hundreds of properties, I am familiar with most types of financing options and can direct you to a service provider who will be able to assist you in your personal financial situation.

4. How do you determine my qualifications and when?

  • Knowing what type of financing and anticipated monthly payment cost, establishes the price range for properties the buyer should look within prior to viewing any property. This is why pre-qualifying buyers is important.

5. How do you provide me with information on new homes for sale?

  • Team Gale gathers its information from the MLS. You can be notified daily, weekly or less often if you choose.

6. How do you find the best value for me?

  • Every agent on Team Gale completes an extensive market analysis of sold properties for the area you wish to live in. Since prices can vary greatly within even a single zip code, we do our best to narrow the range in which we compare properties.

7. How do you protect me from the extensive costs that lenders, title companies, inspectors and others charge a home purchaser?

  • Having sold hundreds of properties, Team Gale has a portfolio of service providers who deliver good service for a reasonable charge.

 8. Can you sell us a new, resale, short sale or foreclosed home?

  • I have sold all types of residential homes and together, Team Gale and I have sold over 800 properties
