2012 Awards!

At the beginning of this week Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage held their yearly awards banquet for the Wilmington, Fayetteville, and Raleigh regions to congratulate all teams and agents on a successful year and to award honors to those that accomplished excellence in 2012.

We are proud to announce that after selling over 220 homes in 2012, we have been awarded the Top Listing Team of the Year, Top Agent Team of the Year, and International President’s Elite, a decoration given to the top 2% of teams for Coldwell Banker in the country!  These are three great honors and we are so proud to have such an amazing team.

Team leader Jack Gale explains that, “These awards were earned as a direct result of the effort and dedication of each team member put forth and doing everything necessary for our clients.”

There are many amazing agents and teams a part of the Sea Coast Advantage Family and we are proud to be associated with all of them!  We want to congratulate each and every one of them for a successful 2012 and wish them the best for 2013.

Team Gale accomplished great things in 2012 but Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage as a whole did as well.  2012 rounded out with 8,690 Closed Sales Sides and 1.66 BILLION in Closed Sales Volume!  On top of that, Sea Coast Advantage is the number one Coldwell Banker Company in North Carolina and one of the top 5 Coldwell Banker companies in the US!   We are proud of all these achievements; Sea Coasters (and Team Gale) are truly the best of the best!
