Bill Carney earned his real estate license in 2014 and completed his GRI in 2019. Bill holds the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist designation, a great complement to his own experience as a real estate professional and multi-home owner on the southern Brunswick barrier islands. He is also our team’s veteran resource for distressed and bank-owned properties. Bill is experienced in investment properties, amenity communities, and relocation.

Bill is a native of the DC-MD-VA metro area. He earned a BA in Business Administration at Franklin & Marshall College before spending 30 years in federal service with US Postal Service. Bill and his wife, Susan, enjoy going on cruises, engaging with their church community and neighbors in the St. James subdivision, and spending all the time they can with their grown children and first grandchild.
