Taylor Brown is beach girl through and through, growing up in coastal NC and remaining here with her young family. Taylor holds a BS in Information Sciences from NC A&T, pursued her MS through University of Phoenix, before earning her real estate license in 2021.

Taylor says, “My goal is to make whoever I represent feel like family through each step of the transaction” because “ease and peace of mind” is most important to facilitate with each client, whether they are buying or selling.

Taylor remains current with her broker credentials but has transitioned behind the desk as our outstanding Transaction Coordinator. We continue to be impressed with her concise, timely communication; adaptability; attention to detail and super-human way of anticipating a deal’s needs.

Taylor is a mother of one living in Brunswick County. She spends all her free time with family and friends; enjoys a nice glass of wine, an assortment of reality television, and maintains a very zen workspace complete with salt-lamp.
